SOUTH AFRICA: MEDICAL FRAUD

FRAUDULENT MEDICAL SYSTEM SOUTH AFRICA DR JULIAN RUMBAK butchered my mouth. He has damaged THREE other victims, admitting guilt in an out-of-court arrangement. Health Department has no control over Dr Rumbak, because he pays for privileges to be in ‘private practice’. Health Professions Council is aware of his medical negligence history, but protects him nevertheless. Medical Protection Society, (Dr Rumbak’s insurers) instructed Deneys Reitz attorneys, who appointed lawyer Rohan Isaacs to intimidate my chief witness and pay doctors to issue false medical reports to protect Dr Rumbak. One doctor prescribed poisonous drugs, which cause stiffness, shaking, and sudden Death. My lawyer, Peter Soller, purposely spoilt my case, and was struck off the role by two Judges. IF YOU BECOME A VICTIM OF MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE IN SOUTH AFRICA, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A DOCTOR TO ADMIT GUILT.
